  • Ā  It comes to burn away everything that is not like Him

Throughout Scripture, when God revealed Himself in fire, such as to Moses in the burning bush, His presence brought both awe and transformation.

His fire is not destructive toward us.
It is transformational within us.

Godā€™s fire is not about condemnation.
It is about preparation.

There are things in us, thoughts, habits, attitudes, even wounds, that cannot go where God is taking us.

So His fire lovingly removes what would hinder us from walking fully with Him.

Take a moment and ask yourself:
ā€¢ What is God trying to purify in me?
ā€¢ What have I been holding onto that God is asking me to release?
ā€¢ Am I resisting the fire or surrendering to it?

The key to experiencing God as a consuming fire is not fearā€¦
Ā šŸ‘‰ It is surrender.

When we yield ourselves to Him, His fire does not destroy us, it transforms us.

It makes us more like Him.
It aligns us with His will.
